Requests received later than two business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
In case you are not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Only cases brought to our notice within 7 days of delivery will be entertained for a refund.
Reverse Pick Up to be done for the product wherever pick up service is possible, in case reverse pick up is not available, please raise a complaint on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before Reverse Pick Up For refund, please ensure that the product is unused & all tags (MRP and Brand Tag) are intact.
Refund to be initiated once pick up is done or the mail is verified.
Refund will take 5-7 working days post confirmation.
